Click & Collect Service
We have a quick and easy click and collect service available for you so you can pick up your goods directly from the store. We will have your order ready to collect the same day as long as the order is placed before 12.00 p.m. Your goods will be ready to collect from 1.00 P.M onwards that day. Unfortunately, this service is not available on a Sunday (except in December).
To use click and collect, simply complete your order as you would for a standard web order but choose the CLICK AND COLLECT option at the CHECKOUT stage. You will receive a confirmation of your order and a follow up email to let you know your goods are ready to collect. Please bring with you your confirmation order when you come to pick up the goods.
If you are collecting the goods on behalf of someone else please bring along a copy of their order confirmation either on your mobile device/tablet or a printed versions
We hold your order for a maximum of 14 days. Orders not picked up after this time will be returned and your money automatically refunded into your account.
