We collect information about you when you place an order for our products, register for an online account or sign up for our email newsletters. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide reviews and feedback or participate in competitions. The information we collect when you register with us allows us to fulfil any orders you place, update you on the progress of your orders and assist with any future customer service queries. If you agree, we will email you newsletters about our products, services and special offers. We also use your information to create customer profiles, such as most loyal customers or customer interest groups.

Calder Art Supplies will not share your information for marketing purposes with any other companies.

To allow us to process your orders we use payment providers PayPal and SagePay. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with, the information remains with the bank and Pullingers have no access to this sensitive data. PayPal and SagePay transactions are subject to the PayPal and SagePay Privacy Policies.

We use parcel carriers to dispatch orders. We share relevant information about you with the parcel carriers to allow them to deliver your goods. This only includes information provided by you upon purchase of your product (Name, Address, Email and Contact Number) 


How long do we keep your data for?

Your personal data is kept on record until you have asked for it to be removed. If this is requested, all previous sales and sales orders will be deleted as well.

We also possess an SSL certificate which can be found on the homepage of our website. SSL allows for the encryption of data sent between our website and your browser, authentication of the website and an indication of our trust. Marketing 

We would like to send you email newsletters about our products and services. We only send them if you have consented to receiving them and you have the right to opt out at a later date to stop us contacting you.

If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purpose, You can unsubscribe using the link at the footer of our newsletter emails or you can contact us directly and we will remove it for you.
