    Terms and Conditions
    Thank you for visiting our website calderartsupplies.co.uk. By using our website and ordering with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions, so it is a good idea to take a look at them and make sure you are happy with them before you proceed with your order.
    The website calderartsupplies.co.uk is a site owned and operated by Huddersfield Art Supplies Limited selling fine art materials and related products. We are registered in the UK under company number 7728097 and our VAT number is GB119491305. Our registered office and main trading address is 5 Byram Arcade, Westgate Road, Huddersfield HD1 1ND, United Kingdom.
    Please note that these terms and conditions can be updated at any time and it is up to you to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering on the site. The terms and conditions are between you and Calder Art Supplies and do not affect your statutory rights. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use or access this website.
    These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

    Product Pricing and Information
    We endeavour to always have up to date product and price information on our site, however there are some instances where we can make mistakes. This may include incorrect pricing, incorrect images, changes in packaging, incorrect descriptions or incorrect stocking levels.
    We will always correct any errors immediately once they have been brought to our attention, but we reserve the right not to process any order which is placed on the basis of incorrect information. We reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.
    All colour charts should be used as a guide only. Colours may vary dependent on computer screen or device and colour settings used.
    All prices displayed on the website are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%. If an error is discovered in the price of any the goods in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. If you have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount. Should you choose to re-order at the correct price, a separate transaction will be posted to your credit card.

    Credit Card Security
    When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 160 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Credit card information will not be saved to protect your privacy.

    Shippng and Handling
    Shipping charges are calculated based on destination. Please refer to our delivery information for a breakdown of these charges. They will appear as a separate charge on the checkout page. We attempt to fulfil orders within 5 days. However, if we have stock, we will usually despatch same day (providing you order before 2pm).

    Next Day Delivery
    Our Next Day UK delivery charge to one address is £7.50 (inc. VAT). To qualify for Next Day delivery your order must be placed before 2pm. This will allow us to despatch your goods by courier on the same day. Next Day delivery refers to next Working day. Any orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will arrive the following Monday due to the weekend. If you need your order delivered by the Saturday, you should choose our Saturday delivery service at checkout.

    Saturday Delivery
    Our Saturday UK delivery charge to one address is £15.00 (inc. VAT). To qualify for Saturday delivery your order must be placed at latest before 12pm on the Friday before. Your order will then be delivered to you by courier on the following Saturday.
    Please note that if you place your order for Saturday Delivery after the cut-off point, your order will be delivered on Saturday of the following week.

    Back Orders
    If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. We will attempt to contact you with your options. We will advise you on the approximate lead times for delivery.

    The Company’s liability

    The Company Site provides content from other Internet sites or resources and while the Company tries to ensure that material included on the Company Site is correct, reputable and of high quality, it does not make any warranties or guarantees in relation to that content. If the Company is informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Site we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can.

    If we are in breach of these Terms & Conditions, we will only be responsible for any losses that you suffer as a result to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence to both of us at the time you use the Company Site. Our liability shall not in any event include business losses such as lost data, lost profits or business interruption.

    This clause shall not limit or affect our liability resulting from any products sold through the Company Site being found to be unsafe or if something we do negligently causes death or personal injury.
    Third Party Websites

    As a convenience to customers, the Company Site includes links to other web sites or material which are beyond its control. The Company is not responsible for content on any site outside the Company Site.
