Delivery Information
We use couriers for the majority of our deliveries due to the size, weight and a need for a signature on receipt of a parcel. Some products can only be delivered via courier such as Aerosols and Highly Flamable Liquids. We will notify you via email if this is the case.
Smaller items are usually dispatched via Royal Mail second class post or My Hermes. This can include anything up to 2 K.G in weight and the following measurements:

350mm x 450mm x 160mm (A3 size approx).
PLEASE NOTE: A WORKING DAY IS A DAY BETWEEN MONDAY AND FRIDAY AND EXCLUDES SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND ALL BANK HOLIDAYS.

If you require another courier you need to let us know via email or in the notes section of your order. These may be more expensive to use so an additional charge will be placed on top of your order. We will notify you via email what this charge will be before dispatch.

Our delivery charges are as follows:

Standard Delivery to Most U.K Mainland Poscodes (Excludes Northern Island, Certain Scottish Upper Counties and some U.K Mainland postcodes)
£44.99 and Below: £4.95
£50 and over: FREE

Your goods should reach you within 3 to 5 working days of your order being placed. We aim to turn around your order within 24 hours of you placing it. Certain over-sized items (Some Studio Easels & Large Canvases, Mountboard, Card and Papers) are only available on a Standard Delivery Service. Please note that some larger items may incur a delivery surcharge or only be available for store collection. We will let you know via email once the order has been placed. If you are unsure, please contact the store before you purchase.

Next Working Day Delivery (guaranteed before 12.00 P.M)
£44.99 and Below: £9.95
£50 and over: £6.49

This delivery service is available to the U.K Mainland ONLY. Orders that are processed before 12.00 P.M the day before will receive Next Day delivery. Orders placed on Thursday after 12.00 p.m will be dispatched on Friday to arrive on Monday. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday to arrive on Tuesday. If you need a next day service after 12.00 p.m on Thursday the only option available is a Saturday delivery service. Next working day delivery is not available on over-sized items such as large canvas, studio easels and items over a certain weight. We will notify you via email of any issues before sending the order. Extra charges may be applied.

Next working day delivery before 10.00 A.M

This delivery service is available to the U.K Mainland ONLY. Orders that are processed before 12.00 P.M the day before will receive Next Day delivery before 10.00 A.M. Orders placed on Thursday after 12.00 P.M will be dispatched on Friday to arrive on Monday. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday to arrive on Tuesday. If you need a next day service after 12.00 p.m on Thursday the only option available is a Saturday delivery service. Next day service is not available on over-sized items such as large canvas, studio easels and items over a certain weight. We will notify you via email of any issues before sending the order. Extra charges may be applied.

Saturday Delivery

This delivery service is available to the U.K Mainland ONLY. Orders that are processed before 12.00 P.M on Friday will receive Next Day Saurday delivery. Orders placed on Friday after 12.00 P.M, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday to arrive on Tuesday. This service is not available on over-sized items such as large canvas, studio easels and items of a certain weight. We will notify you via email if this is the case. Extra charges may apply.

£4.95 under 2 K.G and 61 C.M x 48 C.M (no aerosols, flammable liquids, oil paints or solvents)
£9.99 over 2 K.G and up to 30 K.G
