Regular Gel As with many of the gels it is available in three different finishes and can therefore be used to control the finished appearance of art work in terms of sheen, either matte, gloss or semi-gloss.Regular gel will turn a fluid paint (like Fresco) into a heavier body paint, and will therfore hold brush strokes, or you can develop texture more easily. Reguler gel is also used as an archival quality adhesive, in other words, it will not yellow with age like PVA adhesives, and is UV safe. Regular gel is firm enough to use effectively to adher dimensional objects like buttons and other embellishments. This gel is matte, so it will dry without any visible marks.
