Name: Rexel Carpenters Pencil Black Edge Soft

Blackedge carpenter's pencils are designed for the trade and have an oblong section which can be sharpened to a chisel shaped edge. This eliminates the tendency of a pointed pencil to follow the grain. The Blackedge pencil is available in the following the colour-coded grades:

Green (hard): for hardwoods, brickwork and plastered walls
Red (medium): for general carpentry
Blue (soft): for softwoods and newly felled timber
